ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು,ಮೇ,15,2026 (www.justkannada.in): ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್ ಟು ಕೆರಿಯರ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಮ್ಮ ಯುವಜನರನ್ನು ಇಂದಿನ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ, ನಾಳೆಯ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳಿಗೂ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸುವ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ದೃಢಸಂಕಲ್ಪವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ನುಡಿದರು.
ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿರುವ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್ ಟು ಕೆರಿಯರ್ (ಸಿಟುಸಿ) ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಡಾ. ಬಿ.ಆರ್. ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅವರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಬದಲಾವಣೆ, ಸಬಲೀಕರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ಹಕ್ಕು ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜ್ಞಾನ, ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನೂ ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮಾನ, ಪ್ರಗತಿಪರ ಮತ್ತು ಸದೃಢ ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವು ಮಹತ್ವದ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೂ ನಂಬಿದೆ. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವು ಪದವಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನದನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ದೃಢವಾಗಿ ನಂಬುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದು ಮಾನವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯಬೇಕು, ಕುತೂಹಲ, ಸೃಜನಶೀಲತೆ, ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವವನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸಬೇಕು. ಎಲ್ಲಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ, ಅದು ಘನತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಭದ್ರತೆಯ ಜೀವನಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು.
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ದೇಶದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕ್ರಿಯಾತ್ಮಕ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಾಗಿ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದು ಆಕಸ್ಮಿಕವಾಗಿಯಲ್ಲ. ದಶಕಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾನವ ಬಂಡವಾಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ದೊರೆತಿರುವ ನೇರ ಲಾಭಾಂಶ ಇದಾಗಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯು ಅದರ ಜನರ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. 30.7 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕೋಟಿಗಳ ಜಿಎಸ್ ಡಿಪಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ , ದಾಖಲೆಯ ಸೇವಾ ರಫ್ತು ಹೊಂದಿದೆಯಲ್ಲದೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು 875 ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುವ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿಶ್ವದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಗಮ್ಯತಾಣವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಾದರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸದಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದೆ. ಅದು ನಮ್ಮ ಸರಕಾರದ ಆದ್ಯತಾ ವಲಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ಲಕ್ಷ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗೆ 66 ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುವ ಮೂಲಕ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿವ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ, ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಪರಿಸರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯ ಆಳ ಮತ್ತು ಅಗಲಕ್ಕೆ ಕನ್ನಡಿ ಹಿಡಿದಿದೆ.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶದ ಲಭ್ಯತೆಯೊಂದೇ ಸಾಕಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ನಾವು ಮನಗಂಡಿದ್ದೆವೆ. ಕೃತಕ ಬುದ್ಧಿಮತ್ತೆ, ಜೈವಿಕ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ, ಅರೆವಾಹಕ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ, ಹವಾಮಾನ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನಗಳು, ಸುಧಾರಿತ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ರೂಪಾಂತರದಿಂದ ಪುನರ್ ರೂಪಿಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಜಗತ್ತನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮುನ್ನಡೆಸಲು ಸಿದ್ಧರಿದ್ದಾರೆಯೇ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದಿರುವ ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತರವು ನಮ್ಮ ಪದವೀಧರರ ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೆ ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾತ್ಮಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಸಹ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಶೃಂಗಸಭೆಯು ಆ ಸವಾಲನ್ನು ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಹರಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್ ನಿಂದ ವೃತ್ತಿಜೀವನಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗುವ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ಸುಗಮವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಗಳು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶ, ಉದ್ಯಮಶೀಲತೆ, ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ ಎಂಜಿನ್ ಗಳಾಗಬೇಕು. ಪದವಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ಹೊಂದಿಸಬೇಕು. ಜ್ಞಾನವು ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವು ಸಮಾಜ ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಳವಾದ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು. ಈ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನವನ್ನು ನಿಜವಾಗಿಸಲು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಿರ್ಣಾಯಕ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮಹತ್ವಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿ ಯುವ ನಿಧಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮೂಲಕ, ಯುವ ಪದವೀಧರರು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ. ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ನೇರವಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ನೀತಿಯು ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ, ಸೇವೆಗಳು, ಶುದ್ಧ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಉದಯೋನ್ಮುಖ ವಲಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 20 ಲಕ್ಷ ಉದ್ಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಸೃಜಿಸುವ ಗುರಿ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನುಡಿದರು.
ರಾಜ್ಯವು ನಮ್ಮ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಮೂಲಕ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶವು ಪ್ರಬಲ ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಹೇಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ದಾರಿದೀಪವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹೊಂದಿದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಗಳ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯನ್ನು ಸಾಧಿಸಲು, ನಾವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಂತಹ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಹೊಂದಿದ ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಬೇಕು.
ನಮ್ಮ ಮಹತ್ವಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿ ಕ್ವಿನ್ ಸಿಟಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಮುಂದಿನ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಯ ಪರಿಸರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಜ್ಞಾನ, ಸ್ವಾಸ್ಥ್ಯ ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯಮವು ಒಮ್ಮುಖವಾಗಿ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ದಿಸೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಮುಂದುವರೆದ ನಾಯಕತ್ವವು, ಸರ್ಕಾರ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯಮದ ನಡುವಿನ ಬಲವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕ ಸಹಯೋಗದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿದೆ. ವೇಗವಾಗಿ ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಯ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಿರಲು ಈ ಮೂರು ಸ್ತಂಭಗಳು ಏಕತೆಯಿಂದ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ವಿವಿಗಳು ನೈಜ ಪ್ರಪಂಚದ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುವ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕು
ನಮ್ಮ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಗಳು ಕೇವಲ ಪದವಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಸೀಮಿತವಾಗಬಾರದು. ಅವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳು, ನಾವೀನ್ಯತೆ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ನೈಜ ಪ್ರಪಂಚದ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುವ ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಒಂದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನಿಜವಾದ ಅಳತೆಗೋಲು ಅದು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯಲ್ಲ, ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಅದು ಎಷ್ಟು ಜನರ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬುದರ ಮೇಲಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ‘ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್ ಟು ಕೆರಿಯರ್’ (Campus to Career) ಶೃಂಗಸಭೆಯು ಈ ಸಮಾನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಸಿದ್ಧವಿರುವ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಪದವೀಧರರನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಲು ನೀತಿ ನಿರೂಪಕರು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ತಜ್ಞರು ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯಮದ ಮುಖಂಡರನ್ನು ಒಂದೆಡೆ ಸೇರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ವಿಪ್ರೋ, ಅಜೀಂ ಪ್ರೇಮ್ಜಿ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇನ್ಫೋಸಿಸ್ ಮುಂತಾದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿನೂತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವು ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ದಿಕ್ಕು ತೋರಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಿಸುವ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತ ಪರಿಸರ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಶೃಂಗಸಭೆಯು ನೀತಿ ನಿರೂಪಕರು, ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು, ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒಗ್ಗೂಡಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಮತ್ತು ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳ ನಡುವಿನ ಅಂತರವನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಲಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಶ್ರೀ ನಾರಾಯಣ ಗುರುಗಳು ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸಿದಂತೆ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವು ಘನತೆ, ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ದಾರಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು. ಜ್ಞಾನವು ಉದ್ಯೋಗವಾಗುವುದನ್ನು, ಉದ್ಯೋಗವು ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬನೆಯಾಗುವುದನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬನೆಯು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಪರಿವರ್ತನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಗತಿಗೆ ಅಡಿಪಾಯವಾಗಬೇಕೆನ್ನುವ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನವನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಈ ಉಪಕ್ರಮವು ಸಾಕಾರಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಸುಭದ್ರವಾದ ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಯುವ ಸಬಲೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿಸಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಮತ್ತು ನಗರ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸುವಂತಹ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ದೂರದೃಷ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಕಾರ್ಯಗತಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಈ ಶೃಂಗಸಭೆ ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವಿದೆ.
ನಮ್ಮ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಉಜ್ವಲ ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಗತಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರಮಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಹಭಾಗಿಗಳು, ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು, ಉದ್ಯಮ ಪಾಲುದಾರರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಘಟಕರ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು ನಾನು ಪ್ರಶಂಸಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಪದವೀಧರರು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿದ್ಧರಾಗಿರುವ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಸಾಧನೆಗೆ ಯತ್ತ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಬದ್ಧರಾಗಿರುವುದು ಸಂತಸದ ವಿಷಯ. ‘ಕ್ಯಾಂಪಸ್ ಟು ಕೆರಿಯರ್’ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಮತ್ತು ಶೃಂಗಸಭೆಯು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಲಿ ಎಂದು ನಾನು ಹಾರೈಸುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

To achieve the progress of developed nations, we must build more globally connected innovation hubs like Bengaluru across Karnataka and India.
