ದೂರುದಾರ ಸ್ಟೀಫನ್ ಸುಜಿತ್ ಜೆ. ಅವರು ನೀಡಿರುವ ದೂರಿನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಶಾರದಾದೇವಿನಗರದ 2ನೇ ಮುಖ್ಯರಸ್ತೆ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಉದ್ಯಾನವನದ (ಪಾರ್ಕ್) ಅತಿಕ್ರಮಣ ಸಂಬಂಧ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯುವಂತೆ ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿ ಬಿ.ಎಂ. ರಘು ಅವರು ಹಲವು ಬಾರಿ ಜೀವ ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಜುಲೈ 26ರಂದು ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ವೇಳೆ ಕಾರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದು, ಜುಲೈ 27ರಂದು ಮನೆಗೆ ಬಂದು ಗದ್ದಲ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ದೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಜುಲೈ 28ರಂದು ಪುತ್ರಿಯನ್ನು ಬ್ಯಾಡ್ಮಿಂಟನ್ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿಗೆ ಬಿಡಲು ತೆರಳಿದ್ದಾಗ ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಕಾರಿಗೆ ಕೂರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿ, ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಹಿಂಪಡೆಯದಿದ್ದರೆ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಮೇಲೆ ದಾಳಿ ಮಾಡಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ಹಾಕಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಆರೋಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ ಜುಲೈ 31ರಂದು ರಾತ್ರಿ ಕ್ರೈಸ್ಟ್ ಪಬ್ಲಿಕ್ ಶಾಲೆ ಎದುರು ಮನೆಗೆ ಹಿಂದಿರುಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾಗ ಕಾರು ಅಡ್ಡಗಟ್ಟಿ ನಿಂದಿಸಿ ಹಲ್ಲೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದು, ಮೂಗು ಹಾಗೂ ಬಾಯಿಗೆ ಗಾಯಗಳಾಗಿ ರಕ್ತಸ್ರಾವವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ದೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಳಿಕ ಅಪೋಲೋ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ಎಂಎಲ್ಸಿ (MLC) ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ದೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಉಲ್ಲೇಖಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ದೂರಿನ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ತನಿಖೆ ಆರಂಭಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Mysuru, Aug. 4: An FIR has been registered against BJP Mysuru City Chief Secretary B.M. Raghu following a complaint by businessman Steephan Sujith J., alleging assault, criminal intimidation and death threats.
According to the complaint, Raghu allegedly pressured the complainant to withdraw a court case related to an alleged park encroachment. The complainant claimed he was repeatedly threatened, including near his residence and in front of his daughter.
The FIR further states that on July 31, Raghu allegedly intercepted the complainant near Christ Public School, assaulted him, causing injuries to his nose and mouth, and threatened to kill him. The complainant was treated at Apollo Hospital, where an MLC was registered.
Police have registered the case and initiated an investigation. The allegations are based on the FIR, and the matter is under investigation. No response from the accused was immediately available.
