ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಮೇ,16,2026 (www.justkannada.in): ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ನೀಟ್ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಸೋರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇಡೀ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಮೂಹಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಬಹುದೊಡ್ಡ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ವೈದ್ಯರಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಕನಸುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೊಳ್ಳಿ ಇಟ್ಟಿದೆ ಎಂದು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ಜೀವನೋಪಾಯ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಯಚೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಚಿವಡಾ. ಶರಣಪ್ರಕಾಶ ಆರ್. ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಟೀಕಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಶನಿವಾರ ವಿಕಾಸಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಸಚಿವ ಶರಣ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಪಾಟೀಲ್, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವೈಫಲ್ಯ ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಎದ್ದು ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ನೀಟ್ ಬದಲು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ (ಸಿಇಟಿ) ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಮಾದರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಉತ್ತಮ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಾವು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಹಲವಾರು ಬಾರಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಆದರೂ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಗಮನ ವಹಿಸಿಲ್ಲ. ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷವೂ ನೀಟ್ ವೇಳೆ ಗೊಂದಲಗಳು ಆಗುತ್ತಲೇ ಇವೆ. ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಆಗಿರುವ ಅನಾಹುತಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಸಚಿವರು ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಡಾ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.
ನೀಟ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಯದ್ವಾತದ್ವಾ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲದಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಈಗ ಹಗರಣದ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಿಬಿಐ ಮೇಲೂ ನಮಗೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕವಾಗಿ ತನಿಖೆ ಕೂಡ ನಡೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸಚಿವ ಶರಣ ಪ್ರಕಾಶ್ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
ಎಂಬಿಬಿಎಸ್ ಸೀಟು ಮಾರಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಈ ರೀತಿ ಹಗರಣ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಹಿಂದೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ದೊಡ್ಡವರೇ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬ ಗುಮಾನಿ ಇದೆ. ನೀಟ್ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ಸೋರಿಕೆ ಹಗರಣವನ್ನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ನಾಯಕರು ಸಮರ್ಥಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ನೋಡಿದರೆ ಇವರಿಗೆ ನಾಚಿಕೆ, ಮಾನ ಮರ್ಯಾದೆ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದರು.
ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ಸೋರಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗರು ನಿಸ್ಸೀಮರು. ಹಿಂದಿನ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಿಎಸ್ ಐ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಗರಣ ಆಗಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ನೀಟ್ ಹಗರಣ. ಯುವ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ಹಾದಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಸುವುದೇ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗರ ಕಾಯಕವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಡಾ. ಶರಣಪ್ರಕಾಶ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

Bengaluru, May 16: The recent NEET question paper leak is a grave injustice to the entire student community, and the Central Government has sabotaged the futures of thousands of students who dream of becoming doctors, criticized Dr. Sharanprakash R. Patil, Minister for Medical Education, Skill Development, Livelihood, and In-charge Minister of Raichur District.
Speaking at a press conference held at Vikasa Soudha on Saturday, the Minister said Karnataka’s Common Entrance Test (CET) is a far superior model to NEET and should be adopted nationally. The state has urged the Central Government on multiple occasions to consider this, but those appeals have gone unheeded, he said.
Chaos surrounds NEET every single year. The Minister demanded that the Union Minister concerned must resign over this latest debacle, and that the investigation must be conducted under the direction of a court of law. The Central Government’s haphazard conduct of NEET has completely eroded public trust. The Minister also expressed his lack of confidence in the CBI, which is currently probing the scandal, stating that a transparent investigation under its watch is unlikely.
This scandal appears to have been orchestrated to enable the sale of MBBS seats, and there are strong suspicions that powerful individuals are behind the entire affair, he added.
Seeing state BJP leaders defend the NEET question paper leak scandal makes it abundantly clear that they have no shame or sense of decency, the Minister said sharply.
Paper leaks are something the BJP has become notorious for. Under the previous BJP government, there was the PSI recruitment scandal — and now comes the NEET scandal. Misleading and exploiting the youth seems to be the BJP’s defining pursuit, said Dr. Sharanprakash Patil.
