ಬೆಂಗಳೂರುಜೂನ್,24,2026 (www.justkannada.in): ದೇವನಹಳ್ಳಿ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಚನ್ನರಾಯಪಟ್ಟಣ ಹೋಬಳಿಯ ಗೋಕರೆಬಚ್ಚೇನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಮತ್ತು ಹ್ಯಾಡಾಳ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಉದ್ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ರೈತರು ಸ್ವಯಂಪ್ರೇರಿತವಾಗಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಡಲು ಒಪ್ಪಿರುವ 120 ಎಕರೆ ಜಮೀನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತೀ ಎಕರೆಗೆ 2.70 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಭೂದರ ನಿರ್ಧಾರಣಾ ಸಲಹಾ ಸಮಿತಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿ ಕೆಐಎಡಿಬಿಗೆ ಶಿಫಾರಸು ಮಾಡಿದೆ.
ಕೆಐಎಡಿಬಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಎ.ಎನ್.ರಘುನಂದನ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬುಧವಾರ ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಅರವಿಂದ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಭೂಮಾಲೀಕರ ಜಂಟಿ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈ ತೀರ್ಮಾನವನ್ನು ಕೆಐಎಡಿಬಿ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಅನುಮೋದನೆಗಾಗಿ ಕಳಿಸಿ ಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ಹಣದ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಇಷ್ಟವಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಪ್ರತೀ ಎಕರೆ ಕೃಷಿ ಜಮೀನಿಗೆ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಬಡಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 10,781 ಚದರ ಅಡಿ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ರಘುನಂದನ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಜಮೀನುಗಳನ್ನು ರೈತರು ತಾವಾಗಿಯೇ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಕೆಐಎಡಿಬಿ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯನುಸಾರ ಇದೇ ತಿಂಗಳ 16ರಂದು ಅಂತಿಮ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿ, ರಾಜ್ಯಪತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿರುವ ಪರಿಹಾರ ದರವು ದೇವನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲೇ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನದಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯಯತ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂಬುದು ಸರಕಾರದ ಆಶಯವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ನುಡಿದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕೆಐಎಡಿಬಿ ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಸೂರಜ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರ ಹಿರಿಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು.

Bengaluru: The Land Price Determination Advisory Committee has recommended a compensation of ₹2.70 crore per acre to the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) for 120 acres of land in Gokarebacchenahalli and Hyadala villages of Channarayapatna Hobli in Devanahalli taluk, where landowners have voluntarily agreed to part with their land for industrial development.
The decision was taken at a joint meeting of officials and landowners held at Aravinda Bhavan in Bengaluru on Wednesday, which was presided over by KIADB Special Deputy Commissioner A.N. Raghunandan.
Raghunandan said the recommendation would now be placed before the KIADB Board for approval. He added that landowners who do not wish to receive monetary compensation would have the option of obtaining 10,781 square feet of developed land in the industrial area for every acre of agricultural land acquired.
He noted that the farmers had voluntarily consented to the acquisition of their land and that a final notification under the provisions of the KIADB Act had been issued on the 16th of this month and published in the official gazette. He further stated that the compensation recommended is the highest ever offered in the Devanahalli region and reflects the government’s commitment to ensuring fair compensation for the affected farmers.
Senior officials, including KIADB Land Acquisition Officer Suraj, were present at the meeting.
